Caring for the Roots Project ECHO presentations
The Caring for the Roots Project ECHOTM seeks to build a virtual learning community through which participants – health care providers, staff and practice leadership within FQHCs, Indian Health Services & the Veteran’s Administration – are provided with the knowledge & strategies to identify and address the root causes of poor health outcomes in order to provide high quality, comprehensive care and improve the health of their patients and communities. This abbreviated ECHO “blitz” – three monthly sessions from April to June 2022 – will offer brief, high-yield didactic presentations focused on individual-, site-, and community-level strategies, followed by collaborative case presentation and discussion among peers.
